Celebrate National Classic Movie Day on May 16th!

This Saturday marks the inaugural National Classic Movie Day, a new "holiday" created by classic film lovers.

To show their support at the Classic Film & TV Cafe, Rick and company are hosting the My Favorite Classic Movie Blogathon. Almost 60 bloggers (and still counting) will write about their favorite classic movies. The Classic Movie Blog Association (CMBA) was founded in 2009. An organization of bloggers whose purpose is to promote and celebrate classic movies, CMBA does this mainly by organizing and promoting classic film blogathons, establishing quality standards in blogging, recognizing classic movie blogging excellence, and supporting its members.
